The technical and production team has managed to deliver high-quality products relying on advanced and fully automated machines with utmost precision and speed. The fine particles are blended uniformly by unique devices such as advanced mills, horizontal single-axis mixer with high accuracy. Moreover, the steel conditioner is used to bake at optimum moisture and temperature.

The hygenizer keeps the temperature fixed for a certain period of time until the baking is finished, while destroying all germs. There are two pellet machines with capacities of 15 and 20 tons per hour as well as a fully automated cooler and a crumbler functioning non-manually and completely computerized. These facilities are employed by Dorna Pellet in one of the most advanced livestock and poultry feed plants in Iran.

There are also numerous large-capacity silos enabling our specialists to produce rations for each species, separately.
